  • You already know the food list

You've read the forums and tracked the flares. Knowing what to eat was never the problem.

  • Cooking it every week burns you out

Prepping protocol-safe food three times a day, on the tired days, is where it falls apart.

  • Every meal is a second-guess

One wrong ingredient and you pay for it. Eating stopped feeling normal a while ago.

What changes after you sign up.

  1. WEEK 1

    Someone else cooked the protocol.

Your chef shopped and cooked to your GI-advised plan, with every dish's flags listed.

  2. MONTH 1

    You stopped tracking every meal.

The menu stays inside your protocol, so you stopped auditing each plate.

  3. 3 MONTHS

    Eating felt normal again.

Familiar, gentle food instead of a daily project.

  4. 6 MONTHS

This is just how you eat.

Protocol-safe by default, adjusted as your GI team updates the plan.

Gentle, ingredient-aware meals cooked to your protocol.

Every dish lists its allergen and ingredient flags so you and your care team can verify. Filter for gluten-free and anti-inflammatory, or share your plan and your chef cooks to it.

Your chef makes these, and hundreds more, built around your household profile. No fixed menu, no locked-in weeks.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What you need to know.

  • Can you cook for a low-residue or low-FODMAP protocol?

We cook to the protocol your GI team set. Share their plan and set your triggers, and your chef executes it with ingredient-aware, hand-curated meals. Dedicated low-residue and low-FODMAP filters are being reviewed before they go live.

  • Can I send you the plan my GI or dietitian gave me?

Yes. Share it during setup and your chef cooks to it, the same way every visit.

  • How do I keep my trigger foods out?

You set hard excludes in your profile, and every dish lists its flags so nothing slips through.

  • Do you understand IBD, or is this generic healthy eating?

Your chef executes an IBD protocol, not a generic menu. The point is consistent execution of the plan you already have.

  • Can I still eat food I actually like?

Yes. Tell us what you miss and your chef makes a protocol-safe version.

  • Is Livin a substitute for medical care?

No. Livin is a meal service, not a medical provider, and does not treat Crohn's, colitis, or IBD or make clinical claims. We execute the plan your care team sets. Always follow your GI team's guidance.

The list was never the hard part. The cooking was.

Your chef comes to you at the start of the week. Shopping, cooking, cleanup. Handled. Dinner tonight is already done.

The protocol, finally cooked for you instead of by you.
