Which conditions and protocols can you cook for?
We cook for the food rules that come with conditions like IBD, celiac, Crohn's, type 2 diabetes, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. You share the protocol your care team set and your chef executes it.
Can I send you the plan my dietitian or doctor gave me?
Yes. Name your clinician and share the plan. Your chef cooks to it, the same way every visit.
Do the filters cover things like low-FODMAP or AIP?
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and anti-inflammatory filter live today. Low-FODMAP, AIP, and low-glycemic are being reviewed before we make them selectable, so for now those run through your submitted plan and hand-curation.
How do I keep my hard-no ingredients out?
Set them as absolute excludes. Every dish lists its flags so you and your care team can verify.
Will the food actually taste good?
Yes. Tell us the one thing you miss and your chef makes a safe version.
Is Livin a substitute for medical care?
No. Livin is a meal service, not a medical provider, and does not treat conditions or make clinical claims. We execute the protocol your care team sets. Always follow their guidance.
